Timothy Kupferschmid has 30+ years of executive management, forensic DNA testing, and Lean Six Sigma process improvement experience. Mr. Kupferschmid holds two Master's degrees; one in forensic science and the other one is an MBA.

He is a Black Belt Lean Six Sigma and has certified approximately 300 Green Belt practitioners worldwide.

Mr. Kupferschmid has worked at all levels of government - local, state, and federal, as well as in private industry for ten years. Kupferschmid leads seven forensic science departments including North America's largest public forensic DNA laboratory.

Mr. Kupferschmid is Past-President of the American Society of Crime Laboratory Directors (ASCLD).
